How to Find the Key of Serpentis
Work-In-Progress: Check back soon for new updates.
Travel to Stage 2-1 (Rush into the Ruin) in the Ukampa Temple. Directly to the right of the exit door, you’ll find a strange block with a key symbol.
Currently, it is unknown how to activate the square. It may require completing Ukampa and collecting all 30 Golden Skulls. That is unconfirmed, and we’ll update once we know more.
Once the key block is removed, you can enter a new area to the right of the exit door. The key is in the center of the temple area. Jump in and snatch it, then exit to the world map.
How to Use the Key
With the special key, next you’ll need to travel to Stage 10-7 (Jokulkyrkja) in Antarctica. There’s a strange serpent symbol on the platform ahead. Jump onto the platform and it’ll lower into a boss fight.
To defeat the boss you’ll need to throw knives at the ceiling crystals to break each section of the dragon platform you’re riding on.
Defeat the boss to unlock Antarctica for all characters, as well as unlock Jim Hawkins. With that, you’ll also get the true ending to 1001 Spikes. Goodluck!
