Activison Releases Guitar Hero: On Tour Bundle into the Wild on June 22

Activison has confirmed the new Guitar Hero: On Tour (not to be confused with “World Tour”) for the Nintendo DS.

The new Silver/Black Nintendo DS branded with the Guitar Hero logo will be available exclusively as part of a limited-time bundle which of course includes the Guitar Grip peripheral which to me looks like a hand cramp waiting to happen and the Guitar Hero pick-stylus.

Available on June 22nd at North American retailers nationwide, the game features a wide variety of music, including tracks from blink-182, No Doubt, Jet, Nirvana, Bloc Party and many others, where players can “rock out” in career mode, join together in co-op or go head-to-head in a “Guitar Duel” using Battle Items unique to the DS platform.

Is there anyone out there who is truly excited over this? I sure as hell am not.
