Alan Wake Headed to PC?

Speaking with Finish site YLEX, Remedy’s Aki Järvilehto sai this in regards to Alan Wake, as translated by Google.

We have received feedback from a lot of PC gamers, and I have to admit that yes, we somehow ignored that. Let’s see if in the near future we could have some positive news to tell you about dating!

Something clearly went wrong in the translation there, but it sounds to me like maybe he’s saying they might have some good news for PC gamers.

Part two of this story comes from RockPaperShotgun. I don’t really know what they’re talking about, so I’ll just copy what they said.

Via the same nefarious database-exploring methods as turned up the apparent leak of the latest Humble Bundle contents, we have the below image of the game apparently readying for a Steam release.

And the image:

I accidentally called that image “alana wake pc”; sounds like a sequel idea to me!

Anyway, does this all mean that Alan Wake is coming to PC ahead of American Nightmare? I think it might, but let’s call this a rumor for now and chill the hell out.

Alan Wake lost it’s chance. They pushed that game SOOOO hard as a reason to buy into a multi-core system and for YEARS pandered to the PC crowd. Do you know why? Because the PC crowd is the only group dedicated enough to actually track a game for more than two years. Then they started changing the game into this linear crap bag until you have the game that you have today.

Remedy can SUCK MY BALLS. Bring it to PC and watch the non-sales you s!

Oh, and another thing, don’t even THINK about not preparing that engine for DX11!

I want some pretty screenshots to IGNORE!
