All TERA Accounts Re-Activated for 7 Days

As TERA is transitioning into its new free-to-play business model, En Masse has reactivated all former subscriber accounts for seven days.

After some technical difficulties with reactivations, the developer extended the seven free days as a show of good faith to its community, as announced in the official blog.

Starting in February 2013, TERA will be free to play. The exact date has not been revealed yet and will be disclosed in the near future. Current subscribers to TERA will have their remaining game converted into “elite game time” when F2P begins.

TERA went partially free-to-play in November 2012 with its “Discovery Edition” that allowed players to level up to 28 without paying a cent.
