The Matrix is one of my favorite film series of all time. Of course, it’s nowhere close to Star Wars on my list. Unfortunately, there really weren’t any good Matrix based
games other than Enter the Matrix that was at least fun.
I really think the philosophy behind the Matrix is what really got me hooked on the series. Most of you should be familiar with the “simulation argument”. The fact that we are moved primarily by neurophysiological signals opens the door for the argument that we are actually living in a computer simulation similar to the world of the Matrix. The interesting part of this theory is that if we actually were living in a computer simulation, we would never be able to prove that we weren’t. That fact makes it a theory that cannot be disproved. The next time you experience déjà vu, just remember that it’s a glitch in the matrix.
