Back to the Future Hits Playstation Network Today

If you’ve been waiting for Telltale Games’ episodic point-and-click Back to the Future game to hit your Playstation 3, well — wait a little longer. Like later today.

Telltale just put out a tweet reconfirming that Back to the Future: Episode 1 will be in today’s Playstation Network update, whenever it comes down through the Intertubes. The game will run you $19.99 for all five episodes, and each can be downloaded as it becomes available, starting with Episode 1 today. It lasts about two hours, FYI. We reviewed it.

The next episode’s release date, be it for PS3 or the PC version, which was released in December. Telltale says Episode 2 is due, ah, sometime this month for PC, but we don’t have a firm date. It’s also due sometime this month on the iPad, but same story.

I enjoyed the first episode of BttF. It nails the feel of the films, for the most part, and brings back Christopher Lloyd as Dr. Emmett Brown, and also includes collaboration with screenwriter Bob Gale.
