Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition Pulled From Company Store

Trent Oster, President of Beamdog and Overhaul games, and the man behind the Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition, has announced today the company’s decision to pull the game from sale on Beamdog and the Apple App Store.

Oster cited the decision at the request of a publishing partner as they attempt to resolve “a number of contractual issues.”

Unfortunately, until the matter is fixed, the the studio will be unable to release the latest update for Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition or the game for the Android.

These contractual issues also impact the release of Baldur’s Gate 2, but Oster says that the team is working diligently to remedy the situation.

The game remains on sale on Steam.
