Battlefield 3 Has 1.25 million Pre-orders Already Damn

Battlefield 3 is no Modern Warfare 3, but that’s OK; nothing is Modern Warfare 3. That doesn’t mean that Battlefield 3 isn’t already making a dent in the marketplace, as EA is reporting that the game has already garnered 1.25 million pre-orders, which is a hell of a lot. That means it’s already a blockbuster!
“To date we have about 1.25 million preorders on Battlefield 3, so it’s still well ahead of its predecessor title, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, in regards to pre-orders in the same number of weeks until launch. So it’s doing very well,” said EA CFO Eric Brown. The hype tank is rolling right along, apparently.

“Battlefield 3 is no Modern Warfare 3″
Of course it isn’t, which game would want to be crap with new polish?
