BioShock Gets a Title Update on Xbox 360

bioshock_screen.jpg

If you’ve booted up BioShock since yesterday while connected to Xbox Live, you should have received a title update for 2K’s FPS. In case you’ve been wondering what it did, Major Nelson contacted 2K/Irrational to find out:

Update improves stability when loading autosaves and overall game stability, corrects audio during title menu loading, and addresses AI behaviors regarding use of health stations.

Nothing exciting; no new plasmids and the widescreen issues are still prevalent, but hopefully we’ll be seeing a change to that soon.

Looks like they will have to update the update, as now the game is laggy as hell. I thought my 360 was dying till I realised the problems were due to the patch. I hope that they remedy this soon, as the game is a masterpiece IMO…
