BioShock Infinite, DMC, Brothers Free to PS Plus Members in Jan.

Sony promised the PlayStation 4 would not signal the end of its support for the PlayStation 3, and based on the January lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers, they meant it.

In a post on the official PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that BioShock Infinite, DMC Devil May Cry, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons will all be free to Plus members in the month of January. And if you have made the leap to the PlayStation 4, Sony has some love for you, too. Don’t Starve, Klei Entertainment’s fantastic little survival sim, will be free to PS4 Plus subscribers next month.

That’s a pretty fantastic group of games and quite the carrot to dangle to entice PlayStation gamers to invest $50 in a Plus membership.

DMC is already free on there. Brothers is only discounted at the moment. I wish I’d known Bioshock Infinite was going to be free as I’ve just ordered it on Amazon. :(

See I WOULD BE excited if the PlayStation 4 I purchased had backwards compatibility.

The lack of Backwards compatibility and the fact that I still will never be able to play all the exclusives I missed out on last generation is really the only disappointing thing coming out of my PS4 purchase.

Damn it Sony. . . . I want to give you money but you’re making it hard to find reason for me to do so.
