BioShock Infinite Trailer Shows a Few Power-Enhancing Vigors in Action

We’ve got a new trailer for BioShock Infinite, and this one’s less aimed at things like the setting of Columbia, the themes of classism and religion, or the dimension-tearing capabilities of the player’s companion, Elizabeth.

This one’s all about the action.

The trailer shows off a few of the things you can do with your first-person shooter chops when paired with Infinite’s “Vigors,” this game’s version of the original BioShock’s Plasmids. Basically, you find or buy vigors in the game, which you then drink to gain different powers. Some are active, like the ability to shoot birds to call ravens to swarm people or to throw fireballs. Others are passive, giving you speed upgrades and so on.

In my BioShock Infinite hands-on preview, we were only able to equip two vigors at a time, and you couldn’t store them — you had to find a new bottle every time you wanted to switch. That should make strategy interesting as you play through the game, as you can see in the trailer as protagonist Booker takes on various enemies.

One thing is one of the most prevalent incentives for making use of your credit cards is a cash-back as well as rebate supply. Generally, you’ll have access to 1-5% back for various acquisitions. Depending on the credit cards, you may get 1% returning on most expenditures, and 5% back on purchases made in convenience stores, gasoline stations, grocery stores as well as member merchants’.
