BioWare Extends Friend Trials for Star Wars: The Old Republic

You can now invite even more of your friends to play Star Wars: The Old Republic, and extend them a free week to try out BioWare’s story-driven MMO.

According to a post on swtor.com, BioWare has upped the number of people players can invite and offer free trials to 25. When you send a friend the invite, they get seven days to try the game out and are able to explore the four starter worlds — Korriban, Ord Mantell, Nal Hutta and Tython. There, they can play through the first 10 levels of any (or every) class.

Just note that once you dish out your invitations, the recipient has 14 days to activate their account and then seven to play. And if you’ve already handed out your three invites from the old friend trials, those count toward your 25.
