Black Ops 2 Already Being Torrented

It looks like the Internet works after all, everybody!

Copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 for Xbox 360 and PC have apparently begun appearing on torrent sites well in advance of the release of the game next week. Oops. It seems that retailers in Europe broke release dates (OK, how did they get the game so early?), and the people who bought it didn’t have the good sense to not tell anyone. Now they’ve probably ruined it for everyone, so thanks jerks.

Anyway, in addition to the torrents, which CVG reports are legit, at least for the Xbox 360 version, many videos are beginning to show up online. About that, Treyarch’s David Vonderhaar says “If you are going to live-stream the game early, which I don’t remotely recommend, you could at least be good at it. :P ” BURN.

Here’s one of the many videos posted online, courtesy of CVG.

Clearly the PC gamers are lying and put up a torrent that said Xbox 360 STALKER! That is the only answer, because remember 90% of PC gamers torrent the games!
