Blizzard’s Titan “Is Unlikely To Be a Subscription-Based MMORPG”

Today in Activision Blizzard’s Q@ financial recap call with envestors, Blizzard’s Mike Morhaime announced that the company’s officially “unannounced” MMO codenamed Titan “is unlikely to be a subscription-based MMORPG.” He also reiterated what we learned in May about the project undergoing a major revamp while many team members are being reassigned to other projects, saying also that said other projects are World of Warcraft and the upcoming F2P MOBA Blizzard All-Stars. And that about sums up the entirety of the public knowledge about Titan.

You know what gets WAY too much press time?

A freaking game that we, literally, know next to nothing about. I mean, seriously…this crap has been around since 2007. At this point, who cares? If they’re not going to bring it out soon, then stop dropping hints and acting like it’s some amazing behind the scenes project.

Please do not cover this subject.
