I don’t pretend to understand the nuances of difference between HD DVD and Blu-ray, nor do I terribly care to know. Yes, you could own Species on precious Blu-ray, but Dear Lord, why would you want to? That’s always the problem with promotions like these. You think, “sweet, free movies,” then you see the list of titles and end up settling for movies you’ll rarely watch. I mean, Black Rain, how many times have you said, “hey guys, let’s watch Black Rain.“ Plus, I don’t see Deuce Bigalow on there.
