I might actually have a reason to use a sniper rifle and ACOG scope? Even in Hardcore mode sniper shots don't register half of the time. It is common to get off two or three headshots that don't register, however the muzzle flash reveals your location, only to get killed by return sniper fire! Depending on map and gametype, I think the RPD (Mid-range,Deathmatch), M4 (Hardcore), AK74 (close-range, Deathmatch), P90 (close-range, hardcore), and of course the M1014 Shotgun (close-range, any type) are worthy additions to your arsenal along with the M16. But add reliable sniper aim, ACOG scope for extra distance and accuracy, migrating hosts, and NEW MAPS! You are talking about some real changes to how COD4 will be played (for the better)!!
