It always saddens me how little attention Alpha Protocol gets. Far from perfect but it was really ambitious and was one of the few console games that had dialogue sections that actually keep you guessing and alert as to what to say instead of just being an exercise in choosing every line for the sake of it.

@Miles I really like Alpha Protocol too. Until my second play through. During my first play through I played as a James Bond style stealthy operative and had a blast. For my second I decided to try it as a frontal assault commando. Thanks to the stat based combat my actual skill in shooters made no difference and my character missed way too many shots that i thought were really easy. I abandoned the game after one mission. But as a stealth game it’s pretty cool and I was hopeful that we’d get a solid sequel. Too few RPG’s are set in the modern world.
