Chinese Indie Game “Uncle Go!”

Kotaku seems to have had some fun with Chinese indie game Uncle Go!, developed by Leung Kin Fung. Despite its monochrome 8-bit visuals, the game has a quaint charm to it with its absurd plot and old-school feel.

Uncle Go! is a one tap game side-scroller in which “Uncle Go” seeks to make money. Whenever the player taps dear Uncle, he performs a flying kick, and the game’s objective is to collect coins and kick pedestrians, bikers, cars, and fat ladies.

The game presently only has two playable levels and one boss fight, but developer Leung says he should have the core game complete in a few months, and that color may be eventually added to the game.
