Japanese production company Gaga Communications still has the rights to Onimusha
with Davis Films to co-produce the film and Christophe Gans will direct the film.
John Collee and Lesley Kruger are doing the script but it should be Choko Sakai and Hirohisa Soda to helm the script and there will be other Japanese and a
Chinese film studios to be involved on the film.
Takeshi Kaneshiro will reprise his role as Samanosuke in the film plus there will be a music soundtrack from the Onimusha games to be featured in the film including Rainy Day to be featured as well.
