Civilization V: Brave New World Promises Peace in a Launch Trailer

Publisher 2K Games has put out a new trailer ahead of the July release of Civilization V: Brave New World.

The expansion pack for Civilization V is set to add a massive amount of new gameplay into the game, including the introduction of international trade and a much greater focus on culture and diplomacy over the aspects of military and religion, which were more heavily emphasized in the game previously.

According to developer Firaxis, Brave New World will see the addition of nine new civilizations, eight new wonders, two scenarios, four gameplay systems, and dozens of new units, buildings and improvements.

Civilization V: Brave New World is set for a July 9 release in the US and July 19 everywhere else, on Mac and PC. Watch the trailer below.
