Command & Conquer Closed Beta Announced

EA and Victory Games have unveiled plans to jump-start the closed beta for their upcoming free-to-play Command & Conquer game, kicking off the announcement with the release of a brand new trailer.

This summer, players will have a chance to join the closed beta, which they plan on using to gather feedback for the title as it’s developed. According to its creators, the game, which is powered by the Frostbite engine, will be dedicated to “player-driven design” and that the community will become a part of ever-evolving, developing, and expanding game content.

Like Command & Conquer Generals before it, players will be able to select from a wide array of generals who offer unique units and player powers, all of which alter the gameplay.
