Company of Heroes 2 Pre-Orders Include Campaign DLC

Relic Entertainment and Sega have announced that players who pre-order Company of Heroes 2 will receive an extra campaign DLC. The additional content, dubbed “Theatre of War”, will be available after the game’s launch and supplement the game with additional single-player missions in an all new mini-campaign that takes also takes place on the Eastern Front.

Also included with the additional content are two multiplayer vehicle skin packs (Winter Ambush and Voronezh Front), and two military commanders for both German and Soviet factions for use in multiplayer.

“We are pleased to be able to reward our most loyal fans for pre-ordering the game with this pack. These items will give them bonus single and multiplayer content to enjoy,” said Company of Heroes 2 producer Greg Wilson.

“As well as the single player content and multiplayer skins, eligible pre-order customers will receive two new multiplayer commanders to customize each army. The German army will receive the Joint Operations Doctrine, specializing in precise artillery strikes and the Offensive Spearhead Doctrine for players who want to use heavy armor and airstrikes to crush their opponent. The Soviets will unlock the devastating Anti-Infantry Tactics Doctrine, enabling units like flamethrower tanks and the Conscript Support Tactics Doctrine which allows for rapid reinforcement in the heat of battle.”

Company of Heroes 2 will be out on the PC in June.

Oh boy. Tons of multiplayer and one single player bonus. Not. If they want to entice some of us. They need to do tons better on the single player front or they can kiss my backside.
