Starting off, you (Bishop) are stuck on the second level. Leaving your room, turn left to find the elevator.
What’s in the hall? A few open bedrooms. Nothing of note, yet. Near the elevator, you’ll find a kitchen to the left of the lift, and the Virtual Trainer on the right.
Right of your room, you’ll find the main bridge. When you’re looking to move on with the story, go there and talk to Knight 15. She’s sitting in the central seat.
Up for some first level exploration? Here, you’ll find the brig and a large loading bay / hangar.
Through the brig, you’ll find bunks for the Pawn crew. Not half bad.
At the end of the hall, you’ll find the medical bay. Go in to meet the two crew on staff – Rook 13 and Pawn 24.
Keiran and Mika will explain everything to you, even with my Bishop asking painfully obvious questions. I guess these two don’t think Bishops are the brightest when it comes to medical technology.
If you want to get the scan, beware. Just talking with the pair is enough to finish the secondary mission. Entering the medical scan will reveal an anomaly – you can tell them the truth, or just lie. I didn’t want to break cover, and lied.
You can also ask Mika about her VR game. If you approve of it, Mika will like you, but Keiran won’t be happy.
I also agreed to join her later, off-shift, to give the game a try. It’s important to make friends here, right? Don’t forget to check out the Quantum Computer Core through the door at the end of the medical bay.
Moving on to deck 3, we’ve got the top floor of the hangar bay. There are even windows up here, and the exterior doors.
You’ll also find bathrooms, a weird conference room, and another weird computer room. What’re all these places for? Talk to the crew to learn that it’s Global Ops. Information is filtered through that room.
By now, you might notice the large computer screens mounted on certain walls. There’s one in the lounge outside of Global Ops. Here, you can get the daily news or learn all about the Zenlil and her crew.
Information doesn’t involve shooting, so we’re going to get into Virtual Training next.
