
Realtime Worlds, developer of Crackdown, has announced that it will be sponsoring “Dare to be Digital,” a student game design competition in the UK. The Scotland-based company will provide funding, mentors, and speakers for the 10-week competition. CEO and creative director for Realtime Worlds Dovid Jones feels the competition is very important for the games industry as a whole:
“Talent is a key factor behind the success of every game, and Dare to be Digital makes a big contribution to spotting and developing high quality talent for the industry each year.”
The Scotland-based company will provide funding, mentors, and speakers for the 10-week competition. Dare to be Digital should be well underway by next month.
