Crysis Community Wallpaper Contest

Here is your chance to get creative and express yourself for a shot to win some cool prizes Crysis fans. The Crysis Community and EA are sponsoring a Wallpaper Contest. Fans get a basic contest kit with logos and screenshots to create their own unique wallpapers. Entries are not confined to these materials and can be completely original. Contestants must get their entries in by August 19th to participate in the contest.

Create and submit an original Crysis wallpaper for your chance to win:
Grand Prize: A copy of Microsoft® Vista Ultimate and a Crysis Community Exclusive Edition Poster
Runner up: An EA Game Pack featuring 3 PC games, and a Crysis Community Exclusive Edition Poster

Here’s how to enter:
1. Create a unique Crysis-themed desktop. You may use the images and logos provided in the Crysis Wallpaper Starter Kit, but are not required to do so in order to win. Contest desktop wallpaper entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on August 19, 2007 in .jpg format, sized no larger than 1MB with a resolution of either 1600*1200, 1024*768 or 800*600.
2. Submit your user or screen name, email address, date of birth and attach your original Crysis themed desktop wallpaper image*, with the words, “Crysis Wallpaper Contest” in the subject line (collectively, the “Entry” or “Entries”) via email to eacontest@ea.com. No other methods of entry will be accepted.
3. We will select the top two (2) entries in our sole and absolute discretion, from all eligible Entries based on the following criteria: 40% Originality of Layout and Design, 30% Creativity, 20% Appropriateness to Theme and 10% Visual Appeal. In the unlikely event of any ties, the winner(s) among the tying Entries will be the entrant with the highest ranking in the Creativity category. Decisions are final and binding.

Your submission of an entry in the Crysis Wallpaper Contest signifies your understanding of and agreement with the terms of the Crysis Wallpaper Contest, including but not limited to your agreement to a complete copyright transfer in and to the winning Entry and artwork submitted therewith. If you are not in agreement with the terms of the Crysis Wallpaper Contest please do not submit any entries in this Contest.
