    1. After completing the In the Belly of the Beast mission, turn around from the prison’s mainframe and climb down the nearby ladder. Drop through the opening in the next floor below and turn to make your way through the shaft lined with blue stripes.
    2. Open the next grate on your right and enter the room ahead, then stay crouched behind the boxes beside you to remain undetected from the enemies in the room. Move around the corner to the right ahead and approach the guard standing on the level above.
    3. Disable the nearby guards with quick blasts from your stun gun after popping up from cover, then move to right from a position facing the holding cells and climb the next staircase on the left. Make a left when you reach the top and stay in the darkness or duck into an open cell to hide from the robotic sentry that may be patrolling nearby.
    4. Hack the keypad on the wall ahead to disable the next field of lasers in your path and continue forward, then move up the next staircase on your left and take a right at the top. Move forward and pass by the spinning laser device when the beams are pointed vertically instead of horizontally across the walkway.
    5. Enter the next set of double doors on your right and follow the hallway around to enter the next room, then press the pad ahead to the left and step onto the glowing platform. Wait until the machine has finished scanning you, then move through the door ahead and cross the hallway with observation windows in the floor.
    6. Search the adding rooms for supplies an information, then move through the double doors at the end of the hall and make your way down the staircase. Enter the next hallway and approach the first cell on the left to activate a cut scene.
    7. Investigate the “Men in Charge” and “About This Area”, then ask about “Her Story” before choosing to “Leave. Afterwards, search the adjoining rooms for supplies and information.
    8. Exit through the double doors at the end of the hall, then continue forward to activate a cut scene and complete the mission.

In the detention centre, don’t go up the stairs of the central tower. Instead, go to the periphery on ground floor where there is a fragile container to lift. This reveals a ventilation shaft. Go in and jump up onto a pipe and through another vent and you will be in a room with the poison container. Destroy it and you will save everyone. Note: You need augmented jump to get up the pipe.

In the room with storage containers and turrets after leaving the ship you will find the launcher barrel in a container on the opposite side of the room to the Office/Admin Area.

As you look at the door with the camera on it and the laser grid it will be to the far left. Be careful of the robot stamping aorund and the guards. Jump on crates or one of the forklifts to reach it

This walkthrough has no heart. If I want to be a robot and follow your instructions without caring about anything around me and without finding any upgrades or stashes, this would be perfect. but who on earth wants to do that?

The achievement for saving both the Doctor and all the prisoners does NOT require the augmented jump upgrade. If you collect two of the small boxes, they will fit through the vent, lengthwise, in front you. Then you place one on the floor, one on the pipe and jump your way up.

You forgot to include the step where the eye is acquired. Which severely limits the utility of this walkthrough
