Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Missing Link DLC Walkthrough

Table of Contents

  • Locate the CIC

    1. Begin this objective after completing the Fix the Damaged Stasis Pod task.
    2. Move around to the doorway behind the server and jump up the pile of crates beside you, then make your way through the shipping container above and head right towards the ladder by the sunlight.
    3. Climb the ladder ahead and turn around when you reach the top, then approach the next set of ladders in the corner to your right and climb up the taller one. Turn around when you reach the top and move between the two consoles on the surface to your left, then activate the right one to access control of the Gantry.
    4. Ride the platform across the gap and vault over the railing above when you come to a stop, then climb down the nearby ladder to reach the ground below. Take a right and enter the next hallway to the left, then move across the container through the opening in the wall ahead and climb the ladder.
    5. Move towards the ladder in the far corner by dropping over the edges of the shipping containers below, then climb to the next level above to reach the roof. Head right towards the railing and make another right when you reach it, then creep forward through the darkness and take out the patrolling guard from behind.
    6. Continue forward along the railing and climb the next set of steps ahead, then follow the orange map marker into the shadows when you reach the top. Move around the corner and wait in the darkness until the guard patrolling the area above has turned his back, then make your way to the other end of the ship by hugging the wall beside you and execute a takedown on the next enemy ahead.
    7. Approach the door that’s marked by the map indicator and press yourself against the wall beneath the security camera to avoid detection, then hack the keypad to enter the next room. Follow the map indicator down the hall to your left and turn the corner, then crouch down by the field of lasers ahead and pass beneath them when the bottom beam shorts out.
    8. Move through the door ahead on the right and enter the ventilation duct marked by the indicator, then crawl along the shaft and approach one of the overhead access panel that look up into a red room.
    9. Open the panel and climb up into the next red room, then walk around towards the indicator to activate a cut scene and complete the Find the CIC mission.

In the detention centre, don’t go up the stairs of the central tower. Instead, go to the periphery on ground floor where there is a fragile container to lift. This reveals a ventilation shaft. Go in and jump up onto a pipe and through another vent and you will be in a room with the poison container. Destroy it and you will save everyone. Note: You need augmented jump to get up the pipe.

In the room with storage containers and turrets after leaving the ship you will find the launcher barrel in a container on the opposite side of the room to the Office/Admin Area.

As you look at the door with the camera on it and the laser grid it will be to the far left. Be careful of the robot stamping aorund and the guards. Jump on crates or one of the forklifts to reach it

This walkthrough has no heart. If I want to be a robot and follow your instructions without caring about anything around me and without finding any upgrades or stashes, this would be perfect. but who on earth wants to do that?

The achievement for saving both the Doctor and all the prisoners does NOT require the augmented jump upgrade. If you collect two of the small boxes, they will fit through the vent, lengthwise, in front you. Then you place one on the floor, one on the pipe and jump your way up.

You forgot to include the step where the eye is acquired. Which severely limits the utility of this walkthrough
