    Acceptable Losses

    1. Begin this quest after completing the Escape and Find My Equipment mission.
    2. Pick up supplies in the storage room before exiting, then approach the yellow crates behind the blinds and make the nearby right. Enter the next area and head right, then move through the door by the man laying on the ground and take a right.
    3. Move through the hallway and jump over the barricade around the corner, then enter the next room in front of you and head towards the window. Approach the area of the window to the right of laptop with a face on it, then jump through the opening to land on the shipping container below.
    4. Climb down the ladders ahead to your left, then move upward to fall through the opening in the canvas and land on the stack of crates below. Drop to the ground and exit into the main room, then approach the power supply in the red-lit area beside you and activate the electronic console to complete the Find the Cause of the Disturbance mission.
    5. Move left and activate the stasis pod server, then turn around and exit through the double doors on the far wall ahead. Pick up the grey crate in front of you and move it aside, then crawl beneath the stack of containers through the opening you’ve just revealed.
    6. Approach the wall ahead and pick up the crate on the left, then move it aside and jump onto the surface you’ve just cleared. Collect the upgrades in the corner and crawl back out through the opening from under the previous stack of crates.
    7. Exit through the automatic doors and move towards the blue map icon ahead, then activate the server to complete the Fix the Damaged Stasis Pod mission.
    8. Achievement / Trophy Unlocked: Good Samaritan (Bronze): You replaced the power supply on a damaged stasis pod, saving the occupant’s life.

In the detention centre, don’t go up the stairs of the central tower. Instead, go to the periphery on ground floor where there is a fragile container to lift. This reveals a ventilation shaft. Go in and jump up onto a pipe and through another vent and you will be in a room with the poison container. Destroy it and you will save everyone. Note: You need augmented jump to get up the pipe.

In the room with storage containers and turrets after leaving the ship you will find the launcher barrel in a container on the opposite side of the room to the Office/Admin Area.

As you look at the door with the camera on it and the laser grid it will be to the far left. Be careful of the robot stamping aorund and the guards. Jump on crates or one of the forklifts to reach it

This walkthrough has no heart. If I want to be a robot and follow your instructions without caring about anything around me and without finding any upgrades or stashes, this would be perfect. but who on earth wants to do that?

The achievement for saving both the Doctor and all the prisoners does NOT require the augmented jump upgrade. If you collect two of the small boxes, they will fit through the vent, lengthwise, in front you. Then you place one on the floor, one on the pipe and jump your way up.

You forgot to include the step where the eye is acquired. Which severely limits the utility of this walkthrough
