Deus Ex: Human Revolution PC Patch Improves Loading Times

Yes, we’re playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution on the PC, just like you are. It looks amazing, it plays great, and it’s one of our most highly reviewed games so far this year. Still, there are a few little issues with it, and one of the most annoying of those is the atrociously long load times. At least, that was one of most annoying.

The PC version of Human Revolution has been patched, and one of the major changes in the patch is a marked increase in load times. Depending on your PC and the setting you’re running the game on, you could see your loading times improve by up to 50%.

Also in this patch is a fix for crashes on startup for some users with AMD/ATI hardware. There are also some changes to controls and mouse sensitivity. You can get all the info on the patch over on Steam.
