Diablo 3: Blizzard Looking Into Missing Achievements
In addition to all the problems players are having connecting to the Diablo 3 servers (see our guide to 10 Things To Do While Waiting For Diablo 3 Servers To Work), it now appears that Blizzard’s overtaxed achievements server is losing player’s hard-earned accolades.
Multiple posts on Battle.net forums speak to the issue. Blizzard’s official response, as it has been for much of this week, is “we’re working on it.”

Check out our complete Diablo 3 achievements list, but be warned — you might want on off on earning some of these until Blizzard has the problems ironed out.
