Digital Storm Announces Bolt Titan Edition; Slim and Powerful

Digital Storm has announced a Titan Edition for the Bolt — which is reportedly the slimmest gaming computer ever. Powered by the new NVIDIA GTX Titan — the world’s fastest graphics card — the Bolt makes use of the same technology that powers Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Titan, the world’s fastest supercomputer.

Of course, cooling is always an issue with powerful computers, and the Bolt’s unique ventilation system makes it able to handle the GTX Titan with a form factor of just 3.6″ and ultra-quiet operation.

The Digital Storm Bolt Titan Edition is now available at the official website and starts at $2,499, which is rather pricey, but the GTX Titan itself is about $1000.

Check out the technical specs:

I think we’d all love to be gifted a PC like this, but would you buy one?

There’s absolutely no need for a PC like this. When the LA Dodgers aren’t blowing money in their contract negotiations, they are buying overkill like this.

So yeah, gift it, but I prefer to actually get value for my money.
