Digital Tabletop Game Minion Master Goes into Beta

Fans of tabletop games, you might want to give a look at Minion Master — a digital tabletop title that combines elements of collectible card games and war board games, played on your PC (and thus, without the cleanup).

The game features six-player co-op or versus multiplayer, and will feature deck-building as well as costumizeable “levels.” In fact, there will even be a level editor, in which players will be able to create their own boards on which to play with friends. The cards you use determine your abilities, with the core gameplay being about summoning minions and giving them buffs before sending them into battle.

Minion Masters is in beta right now, and that means that if you pre-order the game, you’ll be able to get access to a build pretty much immediately. We’re taking a look at the game later this month, but it sounds intriguing to us so far. Here’s a trailer to give you a better idea of what it’ll be like. More info and ordering-type stuff is available here.
