Dragon Age 2 Shield Equip Armor Glitch
Here is, by far, the easiest glitch to exploit in Dragon Age 2 — and it’s so simple you might not even notice it.
For warrior class Hawke and Avaline, you can actually boost your armor to 100 percent just by equipping and unequipping a shield. It’s extremely simple, and exploits a bug that doesn’t reduce your armor stat after you unequip a shield, but does raise it when the shield is added.
To use the glitch, just equip a shield, then unequip it, then requip it. Just keep hitting the button until your Armor stat is as high as you want it.
We’ve verified the bug for Xbox 360 — does it work on Playstation 3 and PC? Let us know in the comments.
Looking for more cheats, glitches and generally underhanded ways of beating Dragon Age 2 into submission? You’ll want to head over and see the Infinite Gold and EXP Cheat video we’ve made, and also the Item Dupe Glitch video. We’re also building a full text and video game guide, and have even more exploits on the DA 2 Main Cheats page.

So…I have tried this glitch and it seems to no longer work. I have tried it again and again and nothing seems to change. Don’t bother using this anymore, i think Bioware has patch this glitch.
Anyways…..have a nice day

Oh…I forgot to mention…..I tried it on the Xbox 360. I also forgot to mention that i think the information about this glitch was just a joke. They just wanted to possibly waste our time.

Nope, we don’t just play jokes on you readers. See the video above — we actually got it to work. You might have gotten patched, but if that’s the case, you can clear your 360′s data cache to kill the patch and then just play offline to exploit this.

I wish i never found this glitch accidentally. It ruins the game and there’s no way of reversing it even with maker’s sigh. i hope they release some kind of patch in xbox to fix this stupid thing.

It definitely works on 360. My armor increased by about 30 when I tried it out. Thanks Bioware, now I have an unstoppable tank who can almost never die and I didn’t even exploit this.
