Dragon Age 3 Confirmed On Twitter

File this one in the non-news news box. While Dragon Age 2 received excellent critical reviews, the reaction from players was extremely mixed and it’s safe to say the game will not be remembered as the best in the series. Even so, it sold a lot of copies for a barely advertised RPG, which means part 3 is inevitable and as of today, totally confirmed. Alistair McNally, BioWare’s Sr. Director of Creative Development posted that confirmation in the form of a tweeted help-wanted ad:

One can’t read too much into the timing and order of such announcements, but the fact that confirmation of the game coincides with the first job opening, anf that this job is for environment design indicates that BioWare is probably paying attention to loud complaining about constant level recycling in Dragon Age 2. For what it’s worth, I stand by my own review, mostly. It was in retrospect a little rushed out but the slow building story and departure from numerous RPG conventions was a breath of fresh air. So long as they don’t jettison that they should fix things to their heart’s content.

DA3 will just be another rushed project like DA2. if you compare DA1 to DA2, the second lost SO much content.

Will be another rushed piece of crap as usual, plus Bioware is salty over release of Witcher Assassins of kings and constantly whining how bad the game is when in reality Witcher 2 kicks major ass.

I really love witcher 2, how your choices effect what happens in the game is fantastic plus with the graphics up it has to be one of the most beautiful pc games iv seen in the past 3 to 4 years. Over all amazing to look at, cheap at $44 on sale from steam, all dlc free, lot’s re replay value, hardcore mode where if you die all your saves become invalid.

I never played da2 but that’s only because I feel i’m being nickle and dimed for what could be a product thats not worth the amount being asked, I’ll buy da2 when it’s priced around $30.
