Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition Full of DLC
There still isn’t an official confirmation that a big new edition of Dragon Age: Origins is on the verge of release, but there is another clue: it’s been rated by the British Board of Film Classification.
The so-called Ultimate Edition got through classification without any cuts, and according to the listing with the BBFC, this new edition will include all of Origins’ post-release downloadable content. That includes Witch Hunt, the download pack that ends the Origins story and comes out on Sept. 7. Check out the trailer for it here.
We’re on our third unofficial slip-up of information on the new Dragon Age edition. Earlier, Australia’s Office of Film and Literature Classification listed the game, and GameStop spilled the beans by putting the game on an online product list.
Still, there hasn’t been a word from Electronic Arts about a price or a release date on the edition, and neither came with the BBFC listing. However, with Dragon Age 2 on its way in March 2011, we’ve got to figure the Ultimate Edition should find its way to us sometime before then – probably just in time to spark interest in the sequel.
