Duke Nukem Forever Ego Boosts

Ego Boosts are one of Duke Nukem Forever’s most amusing mechanics. Instead of a shield, Duke is protected by his Ego, which can be augmented in a variety of ways: looking at porn, admiring himself in the mirror, excelling at various kinds of entertainment — the lists goes on. Each particular boost can be earned only once, but many of them repeat, so if you missed the opportunity to puff on a stogie in one level, you can make sure to indulge yourself at a latter stage in the game.

In order to ensure that you’ve pumped Duke’s Ego up to the absolute Maximum (you start at 40, but can find 60 points of Ego to reach 100), we’ve created this list of all the Ego boosting items and activities available in the game.
