Electronic Arts has announced that Chief Financial Officer Warren Jenson has resigned his position. Jenson has served as EA’s CFO since 2002 and plans to stay with the company through the current fiscal year to train his successor.
“I want to thank Warren for the leadership he has provided in the past six years,” said EA CEO John Riccitiello.
“He has built a first class Finance Department and has been a contributor to our growth and strategic initiatives.”
There is no reason given for Jenson’s move at this time. EA has announced it will be naming his replacement shortly.
