EA Confirms Dead Space 3, Need for Speed by March 2013

We’ll have new entries into the Dead Space and Need for Speed franchises within a year, Electronic Arts has confirmed, which was basically a foregone conclusion but is now official.

EA mentioned both during its quarterly earnings call on May 7, but it didn’t pass on any other details.

We do have blind rumor, though! And those rumors have suggested Dead Space 3 is going to have an ice planet to explore (and die horribly while exploring), and that the next Need for Speed title may well be a sequel to Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
