EA Nerfs Paid Battlefield Play4Free Weapons

In a move that probably wasn’t wise, EA made it so that you could buy “Legacy” attachments for weapons in Battlefield Play4Free which would make them much more powerful than the free weapons. But once you go that route it kinda becomes too late to fix things, right?

EA decided that these Legacy weapons unbalanced the game, and in order to rebalance it, they’ve eliminated them from the game. Unfortunately, they didn’t refund anybody their money, instead opting to give them “+3″ weapons that are slightly better than normal weapons but not as good as the Legacy weapons.

So everybody is unhappy now. Sigh. Sorry, everybody. If only y’all were Bama fans.
