How to Become Emperor

  • The title of Emperor can be earned in PvP-combat in Cyrodiil. The Alliance War zone is only accessible by Wayshrine after level 10.
  • To earn the title, an alliance needs to capture six keeps surrounding the Imperial City. Once these keeps are captured by one faction, the player with the highest Faction Rating will be crowned Emperor.
  • Emperors gain a unique Skill set of 5 powerful passive abilities that make the Emperor practically invincible. Their presence also helps other players during siege battles.
  • As an added bonus, Emperors are given a unique costume to match their station.
  • Emperors are dethroned when an opposing alliance captures the six keeps. Other allied players can also dethrone an Emperor by becoming the #1 ranked player in the alliance.
