Ever Wonder Why Mario is Willing to Risk Fiery Death for Princess Peach? (PIC)(Probably NSFW)
From what I can remember from Super Mario 64 and Super Smash Bros., Princess Peach isn’t really much of a conversationalist. She’s actually a little bit annoying.
And then there was the super-sexist Super Princess Peach on the Nintendo DS, which showed that Peach was absolutely crazy, as she relied on her insane and overblown lady emotions to make her into a Hulk-like killing machine*.
So given Peach’s lack of real personality and possible penchant for stabbing Mario in his sleep, I always kind of wondered what he saw in her. Then Reddit explained it:

(Joking aside, Reddit reports this was the winner of the Rendered Graphics competition back in April at The Gathering in Norway. It’s called “Barely Regal,” by artist Volant.)
