Evolution Postponed: Evolve Delayed to 2015

Yet another game intended for an October release has been pushed back to a later date.

In Take-Two Interactive’s fiscal report for the first quarter of 2015, it was revealed that Evolve won’t hit the shelves until 2015. Although no reason was given for the change in release date, it’s quite possible it has to do with competing against other potentially heavy hitters coming out during that month such as Alien: Isolation (Oct. 7), Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor (Oct. 2), and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel (Oct. 14) just to name a few. Given the full list of games already expected in October, I can’t say I blame them.

So, as of now, gamers looking forward to Evolve will need to wait until February 10th, 2015 to play.
