Ex-Dreamworks Animator Launches Ghost of a Tale Crowdfund

Lionel “Seith” Gallat is a former animator of Dreamworks and Universal Studios and he’s decided to set into motion his dream to develop a fantasy adventure game called Ghost of a Tale. His film credits include work as the animation director of Despicable Me and The Lorax, among many other films.

Planned for the PC, the game stars a mouse in a foreboding medieval world. The charming little game focuses on exploration, clue-finding and a bit of combat.

Gallat has taken the game to crowdfunding platform IndieGoGo in a bid to raise some funds and hire help for developing the title, where he has managed to raise €9.8k of the €45,000 total he seeks, thus far. Gallat is aiming to release the game in the first half of 2014.
