F2P Command and Conquer Enters Open Beta (VIDEO)

The free-to-play MMO Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances has entered open beta. As a browser-based strategy game, you’ll engage in the usual harvesting of resources, raising of armies and battling for conquest, but in a new venue for the CC series, because you can play from your home desktop, smartphone, or tablet.

Check out the trailer:

If you’re not into browser-based games, then don’t forget that Command & Conquer Generals 2 was announced back in December, which will use the delicious Frostbite 2 game engine.

Which title are you looking more forward to? The browser-based MMO, or the long-awaited sequel?

Well that looks like crap and does every single CnC game name need to include the word ”Tiberium” in it?

Tiberium is it’s own universe in CNC

It’s either Tiberium or Red Alert or Generals

Yes thank you Cpt.obvious.

They could however have thought up more creative names then simply reusing the same word over and over for title.

Theres plenty of other words in the tiberium CnC universe they could use as a title for a game.
