F2P Shooter Arctic Combat Borrows Counter-Strike’s Dust 2 Map

The guys behind the upcoming free-to-play first-person shooter Arctic Combat must really like Counter-Strike, because it seems they’ve recreated that latter’s Middle Eastern city map, de_dust2.

PC Gamer noticed the similarities between the iconic, close-quartered Counter-Strike map and one known as Sand Storm in Arctic Combat (which is also weird given that it is in no way arctic). YouTube user Rechyyy even posted a video of the map in action, which you can see below.

Arctic Combat is currently in closed beta. If you’re looking for a key to get yourself in, you might have some luck here.
