Facebook Group Hopes to Unite Fans Behind Star Wars: Battlefront 3

There are plenty of fans who would gladly pay for Star Wars: Battlefront 3, even though the studio working on it shut down.

A few thousand of them have even joined together as a Facebook group, in hopes of potentially sparking a new conversation about the game and, eventually, maybe convincing LucasArts to revive the project.

The group, accessible here, is currently trying to gain a little more traction and visibility, but for the most part, it’s just a place where Battlefront fans can gather and talk about what might have been. If that sounds like you, then the page is worth checking out (and maybe throwing a “like” to).

At this point, who knows if we’ll ever see Battlefront 3 come to fruition — even though footage of a very pre-alpha version of the game has previously appeared online. Maybe with enough voices, though, the game could see its prospects get a jump-start. It worked for bringing Dark Souls to PC.

Game Front is on-site at PAX Prime all weekend (Aug 31-Sep 2), bringing you daily news, hands-on previews, interviews and pictures. Stay tuned for more PC gaming-focused coverage!
