Fallout: Lanius Fan Film Crowdfunding Campaign Begins (VID)

The crowd funding campaign for the Fallout: Lanius fan film has kicked off, with 91 days for the team to raise $10,000 in production funding via IndieGoGo.com.

Australian Filmmaker and Lanius team lead Wade K. Savage describes the film as “a blood soaked high concept action epic, which will explore the origin story of the primary antagonist “Legate Lanius” from the 2010 video game “Fallout: New Vegas.” Lanius’ original voice actor, Mitch Lewis, will be reprising his role for the film.

Check out the team’s newly-released video:

The team is offering a wide range of perks for supporters of the film. Lower tier perks include HD Downloads and signed theatrical posters, while higher up the ladder supporters can receive a limited edition pendant prop from the film. Top tier perks include numbered and signed images of Legate Lanius by Mitch Lewis, and the top perk, pledged at $1000.00, will be a one of a kind prop sword used during the production of the film.

We were introduced to some members of the Lanius team in a recent video, and it’s looking like the talent is there. Everything about this film feels bang-on so far; I look forward to seeing to funding come through and this project coming to fruition.

If you’d like to help fund this film, head on over to IndieGoGo.
