Fallout: Lanius Fan Film Passed 0.5M Views; New Project in Works

Fallout: Lanius has surpassed 500,000 views on YouTube. Released in August 2013, the crowd-funded Fallout: New Vegas fan film raised $19,000 during its Kickstarter campaign and exceeded 100,000 views on its YouTube launch day. All of this “without any commercial promotion by a major YouTube network,” director Wade K. Savage states in a press release.

The team behind Fallout: Lanius has a new “micro-short” in the works and is currently developing an as yet unannounced series. Savage tells Game Front that the new project falls under the sci-fiction horror genre, but can’t reveal further details for the time being.

Given it was a fan film, I was impressed with Fallout: Lanius and look forward to what the team has in store for us in the future.
