Far Cry 3 Devs Confident in Face of Black Ops 2 Competition

Back in June, Far Cry 3 was delayed to the holiday season, putting its release date two weeks after Black Ops 2 and at the back of the line of a series of big FPS titles, including Medal of Honor: Warfighter and Halo 4.

However, Ubisoft is not concerned about the competition.

Ubisoft brand manager Henri Guay said:

“Far Cry has always been a little bit off the map in terms of the offer that it gives. People are going to continue to play Call of Duty and people are going to look for experiences that give them something a little bit different. We feel we’re in a comfortable spot.”

Far Cry 3 launches on December 4th in North America.
