When I read the book "Mixed units tactics" in oblivion I got an idea, why shouldn't I make these races playable? So I did, the rath races adds a number of khajiit based races from Elsweyr. Alfiq, Cathay-Rath, Senche-Rath, Ohmes-Rath and Dagi Rath.
